We have a range of treatments from Lymphatic, to Skin to Aesthetic Cosmetics.  With Skin we alsways suggest an in depth skin consult first, however if you're looking to get treatment right away you can book unsure + treatment and a small assessment can be made on the day.

For Cosmetic all clients are required to book a consultation before undergoing any cosmetic treatment. This is an opportunity to meet with one of our qualified practitioners to discuss your individual concerns, assess suitability, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan. No procedures are performed without a thorough consultation.

There is an underground carpark and an elevator that opens up directly next to SSKIN.

Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, if you're unable to bring a babysitter along to watch your little one, we will need to rebook your appointment to another day.
Children are unable to accompany you into the treatment rooms at SSKIN. 

Yes, if you are feeling unwell, please let us know so we can rebook you to another day/time. This ensures the highest level of safety for our clinic, staff and clients.

We are unable to treat you if you have an active cold sore for any skin treatments.
If you are prone to coldsores, we recommend taking an anti viral prior to coming in for skin needling, chemical peels, Cosmelan or any injectables around the mouth. 

No. We do not recommend having any cosmetic injectable treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding.

We do require all clients to be off roaccutane for a minimum of 6 months before having any skin treatments.
Please Note: DMK enzymes are roaccatane friendly and can be done whilst taking the medication

We kindly ask for 48hrs notice or more when changing or canceling appointments.
We do send appointment reminders via text & email prior to your appointment date and try our best to confirm your appointment with you.
Failure to give more than 48hours notice for an appointment change will result in your $100 deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee being applied to your account. ​
If you are on a package, your session may need to be redeemed.  

Yes, please request your chosen therapist when booking online, alternatively let us know in clinic at the time of booking to ensure you are booked in with your preferred Nurse or Skin Expert.

Yes! Please help yourself anytime to whatever is in our treat display! It's there for our clients.

Gift vouchers can be purchased in clinic with a physical hard copy voucher, or online and emailed to yourself or the receiver.
