Our clinic policies help us provide a safe, calm and professional experience for every client. Please take a moment to read them before your visit.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. Less than 48 hours' notice, or a no-show, may result in your deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee applied. Package clients may have a session redeemed.
A deposit from $100 secures your appointment and is fully redeemable on the day, coming off your treatment cost.
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so we can stay on time for other clients, and the full fee may still apply.
For safety reasons, children are unable to accompany you into the treatment rooms. If you're unable to arrange care, we'll need to rebook your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, please let us know so we can rebook you. This protects our clinic, staff and clients.
Please disclose your full and accurate medical history. Some treatments require specific conditions, for example: we cannot perform skin treatments on an active cold sore; we require a minimum of 6 months off Roaccutane before skin treatments (DMK enzymes excepted); and we do not perform cosmetic injectables during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Some treatments, such as IPL, require a patch test prior to your first treatment.
We may take before and after photographs to track your progress. These are only ever taken and used with your consent.
We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to anyone under 18. Selected skin treatments may be available to minors with parent or guardian consent and attendance.
