These terms apply to bookings, treatments, products and purchases made with SSKIN Australia. By booking with us you agree to the following.
A deposit from $100 is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is fully redeemable on the day and is deducted from your treatment cost. We allocate time according to your treatment so your practitioner is never rushed.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. For a no-show, or less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be redeemed or a cancellation fee applied. If you are on a package, a session may be redeemed.
Certain treatments, including all cosmetic treatments, require a consultation before treatment to assess suitability. No procedure is performed without a thorough consultation.
Prices may change from time to time. You will be provided with a quote before treatment. Cosmetic treatment costs depend on the product required to achieve your desired result and will be confirmed by your practitioner prior to treatment.
Payment is due on the day of your service. We accept major cards and digital wallets.
Packages and memberships are subject to their specific terms, including minimum terms and redemption conditions. Package sessions are non-transferable. Memberships are billed as agreed at sign-up and may be cancelled in line with their terms.
Gift vouchers are valid in line with Australian law, are not redeemable for cash, and should be treated like cash (lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services or products. Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees and rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Individual results vary and depend on factors including your skin, lifestyle and adherence to your plan. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
You must provide accurate health and medical information. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances (for example during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while taking particular medications, or with certain conditions). Your practitioner will advise you.
To the extent permitted by law, SSKIN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
